WHAT CAN YOU DO TO KEEP HEALTHY?
There exists a
large variety of options of healthy lifestyles nowadays. Nevertheless, they all
share some basic keys everyone must know to achieve that aim above mentioned.
Starting with,
the essential duty we must focus on is exercising. At least 3 times per week,
but the most you can do the better. Within sport the most important activity is
cardio, as our resistance is much more important than muscles toning.
Moreover, diet
has big consequences as well. It must be balanced, eating all kinds of products
but those with saturated oils and sugars and emphasizing on fruits and
vegetables.
Yet we have to
avoid all kinds of bad habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol and consuming
drugs. You also need to erase any sedentary activities.
To sum up, and
considering all of this, we could say that keeping healthy is very easy to
achieve and it is totally in our hands.
